Hey! I'm Ella, and I’m so excited to welcome you to wonderful Niederau & Westendorf. Originally from Dublin, I started skiing from a young age in Italy, and my love for both adventure and the slopes eventually brought me to Austria. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for beautiful scenery and nature, and I’m thrilled to be surrounded by it every day here and get to show you too! Whether it's the crisp mountain air, breathtaking views, or the inedible skiing conditions, there's no place like it. I’m here to greet you upon arrival and help with anything you might need, big or small. My goal is to make sure you have an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to sharing this amazing wonderland with you.

My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.

Hi, my name is Sue and I am originally from Yorkshire. Austria is now my home and I have had the great privilege of living in the mountains for the last 16 years. I have worked for Topflight in most of their resorts and this winter I will be working as Admin support for our fantastic Austrian team and will be on duty on Saturdays at Salzburg airport. During the summer I am the Austria Resort Manager for all Topflight tours and resorts and will be based in St Johann. I wish you all a fantastic holiday and look forward to welcoming you.
